All the dates new applicants need to know for admission
to Saint James' Episcopal School for 2017-2018!
|January 6 - 20, 2017: Re-enrollment open to current elementary students and those current prekindergarteners applying to Kindergarten
|January 21 - 31: Re-enrollment open to
current preschool students; Priority application for siblings of current students and pledging parishioners of Saint James' Episcopal Church, and those new
applicants on the Priority list.
|January 29: Admission Open House, 12pm-2pm
|February 1: Public Application begins on a rolling basis until all classes are full.
|February 20-24: New
Elementary Applicants visits and Parent Interviews (required
for elementary applicants new to SJES)
PALS testing administered, if necessary. Call Office at 540-347-3855 to schedule.
|March 1: Contracts and notification letters
|March 17: FACTS contract
and School Fee due ($125 preschool, $275
|May 10 or 20/ July 20 or 20: First Tuition payment
due to FACTS (date depends on your contract)
|August 1: Birth certificates for all students and current immunization records
(all preschool students) or School Entrance Health Form (new elementary students, including Kindergarteners who have attended SJES preschool)
due. Students cannot attend school without these documents on file.
